Open Classes - Mum's & Bubs Fitness


Our Mums and Bubs Fitness class for 2017 networks mums and there bubs to exercise in a fun and supportive environment. Exercise, get a great workout and achieve your goals. Whether your newly pregnant or simply needing time out from your little ones too, this will be a great group sessi0on for you! Its specifically designed for Mums to gain there core stability back, cardio and to make new friends! Please Bring your towel and yoga mat to class. (Fitball is optional if instructor asks).
