An explosive workout which will inspire you in all genres of fitness. While strengthening and toning your body, we will make sure we work the tummy and butt area the most! Cardio work will be fun with a mix of Pilates, Yoga, Stretching & Flexibility work too, these classes will never be the same on a weekly basis! A great all rounder class especially for sculpting all parts of your body. We will improve core strength and upper body strength, all low impact. Suitable for anyone of any age.
